Night time at Ninesprings

What’s that in the night sky? Is it a bird? Is it a large moth? It might well be a brilliant bat flying around your head! Join us on our Night time at Ninesprings event where we will go on an adventure looking for these amazing animals, where you will find out where bats live, what they eat and some other batty facts!

To fuel us on our adventure, we will toast marshmallows and enjoy a hot chocolate, whilst listening to some batty stories, before we head out looking for them using specialist bat detecting equipment! Book your place now to embark on our batty adventure!

This event is aimed at younger children and their families. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Torches are advised, all other equipment is provided. Dogs are not permitted on this event. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us on countryside@somerset.gov.uk to discuss before booking.

Meet us at Ninesprings Cafe (BA20 1QZ) for the start of the event. 

Booking essential - To book please email Edd with the number of places you require and a contact phone number.  We will check the availability and confirm your place. Payment needs to be made by cash on the day please.
