Bestselling crime fiction author Vaseem Khan takes us on an exhilarating journey from the last days of the Raj to the heart of modern India. The book introduced Inspector Persis Wadia, India’s first female police detective, and her co-investigator, English forensic scientist, Archie Blackfinch. Vaseem is also the author of the award-winning crime series the Baby Ganesh Agency. In 2023, he was elected the first non-white Chair of the 70-year-old UK Crime Writers Association.
