Forde Abbey Is Delighted To Welcome Back Folksy Theatre With An Outdoor Adaptation Of Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ In The Gardens On August 2nd Tuesday, 2022 At 7:00pm
Two young lovers, Claudio and Hero are to be married but a malicious scheme threatens their big day. Meanwhile marriage seems inconceivable for the bantering Beatrice and Benedick, Shakespeare’s wittiest and most loveable pair of reluctant lovers, whose endless sparring threatens to keep them apart forever!

Entry to the show is from 6:00pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier, the normal Forde Abbey Gardens entrance fee will apply.
Bring along your picnics, blankets and folding chairs to enjoy this wonderful open-air performance!
The Show begins at 7:00pm. The duration of the event is 2 hours and 20 minutes (including a 15 min interval).
The performance will go ahead whatever the weather.
