Forest Bathing at Ham Hill Country Park

Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, forest bathing is a mindfulness and wellbeing practice that helps you to slow down and reconnect to the nature that is both in and around us.

We will journey together, opening up our senses and our hearts to what the natural world wants to offer us in that moment. We do this through a series of invitations - consciously named as there is no right or wrong way to take what is offered to you.

Whilst described as a walk - in truth we may travel no more than a quarter of a mile from where we start. Sessions are done at a relaxed pace. There is no need to hurry.

Ham Hill Country Park is uneven underfoot and can be steep in places. If you have accessibility needs - please contact me (holly@the-eco-monkey.com) in advance so I can ensure we are in a suitable part of the park.

Sensible footwear is encouraged. Please also dress for the weather of the day.

A donation from each ticket sold goes back to the conservation of Ham Hill Country Park. To book please visit the Eventbrite booking page.
