Geocaching and Winter Wildlife p.m.

Ever heard of Geocaching? No? Well get yourselves down to Chard Reservoir this winter and you can have a go for yourself.  Geocaching is a great way for children to get reconnected with nature whilst using their detective skills to seek out little treasures using the Geocache app.  We will have an expert to talk through the process and the brilliance behind Geocaching, so come and visit us in February to get involved! 
This is a free activity - no need to book.
Aimed at ages 4-16 years, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
This is  an outdoor activity so please wear clothes suitable for the weather conditions on the day and boots/wellies suitable for wet and muddy ground.

Please bring a phone or tablet with internet connection.

Additionally, we will have an activity run by the rangers to get you thinking about nature in winter and what to look out for at this time of year.  A suggested donation £1 per child can be paid on the day for this.
