Self Led Activity Bird Trail

The month of February is a fantastic time to brush up on your bird identification skills as many birds are displaying courtship behaviour.  Come along to Yeovil Country Park this February half term by taking part in our self-led bird trail. The bird trail will take you on a short circular walk starting and finishing at Ninesprings Café. Can you match the pictures of the birds hiding in the trees with the descriptions of birds on your activity sheet? Activity sheets are available from Ninesprings Café between 9am and 3pm. The trail will be active every day from Saturday 19th February through to Monday 28th February. All of the birds that you find along the way live in Yeovil Country Park and are ones that you are likely to see whilst out for a walk this spring time.  

On completing the trail, head back inside Ninesprings Café to see how many birds you correctly matched on your activity sheet by marking your answers.
