Sound Bath Journey and Spring Ritual

Located both amongst our grounds (weather permitting) and in our restored 18th century dairy, our fully immersive spring ritual and sound bath journey is used to reconnect you with both the power of spring and to achieve a deep and connected meditative state, using frequency to calm and then re stimulate your internal rhythm .

The outdoor spring ritual will be followed by a vegetarian lunch before retiring to the warm cocoon of a sound journey using different materials to transfer sound energy including: bowls, timbals, chimes, and other natural materials. This experience will also incorporate the etherial voice of Priestess of Avalon Elsa Field as well as your own.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER ELSA FIELD Elsa is a Soul Singer, a Sound Healer and a Temple Priestess of the Glastonbury Goddess Temple. Her joy and passion is to spread the love of Goddess into the world and to reconnect with our wild, soulful selves, through the resonance of the human voice. A lifelong singer, she has been practicing and teaching for over six years as a sacred musician, working with individuals and running women’s groups and song circles. In the past four years, she has been working within the lineage of the Priestess of Avalon and the healing arts of the Priestess. She is also a certified facilitator in the Prosperity Energy Healing Method, created by Jolie Dawn. Elsa holds a doctorate in Forest Ecology from the University of Oxford. The magic of nature has always been her biggest inspiration and she is passionate about reawakening the songs of the land and of our ancestors.
