Volunteers working hard at the reserve
The weekly volunteer team have been working hard at Chard Reservoir over the last few weeks to make the reserve more accessible for visitors. They have installed a new footpath from the Anglers car park on Chaffcombe road that links to the Sustrans cycle path so that visitors can enjoy a circular walk around the reservoir. Several resting benches have also been installed around the site so that there are more opportunities for visitors to rest during their walk and enjoy the spectacular views across the reserve.
